Who We Are
Kristi L. Baird
Owner, Practice Manager
Kristi is a Washington State native. She began her career in scheduling and office management right out of high school while serving in the US Air Force. She spent her four-year military career as a Fighter Operations Manager and oversaw the Operations of a Test and Evaluation Squadron with over 50 fighter pilots and 5 different types of aircraft.
After separating from the military and moving back to Washington she began her career in the IME and MedicoLegal industry. She has worked for a large national IME vendor, was a Co-founder and Past President of Northwest Medical Experts, Inc., a first-in-kind vendor providing specialized IME services exclusively to the medicolegal community, and she has operated two businesses providing support to Independent Medical Consultants and Expert Witnesses.
Kristi has a passion for this industry and strives to use her knowledge and experience to improve processes and make changes that will ultimately support the needs of the Independent Medical Evaluators and Medical Expert Witnesses as well as the Attorneys, Claims Professionals, and IME Vendors who hire them.
Danielle Marshall
Practice Manager
Danielle holds a Paralegal A.A.S. and a Legal Administrative Assistant A.A.S. and is two classes away from earning a bachelor’s in Business Management. She also began her career working for an IME firm specializing in medicolegal evaluations.
She is an enthusiastic team player, with a willingness to tackle any project. She is a PowerPoint guru, excels at managing Excel & Google spreadsheets, and is self-taught in website and graphic design. She is tech savvy and loves learning new software.
She is passionate about making a difference in our client's hectic days and with her impressive skill set and ‘can do’ approach she does just that. We count on her for her broad-based expertise, and our clients do too.
When she’s not working, Danielle enjoys baking, crafting, and reading.
